Dolls and mixed media works that you see on this website are quite easily characterized by one word-Unique.

The entire process, which includes the idea, design, sculpting, sewing, and making accessories is executed by one artist- Irina Gorelkina.

Originally a historian, Irina has always harboured a deep love for all things past. This combined with her artistic desire to create soon sparked her love of doll making after she created a doll for her daughter's birthday. The very first one and one of many more to come...Having been inspired, she continued in the art, creating a series of dolls and mixed-media works to represent a variety of famous historical figures, as well as to illustrate the fashions of different times.

Irina has decided to share her works with you and hopes that you will enjoy them!
